Autumn in Ireland

Autumn in Ireland

The last two weeks I was again in Ireland to enjoy the beautyful autumn – and of course to shoot some great photographs. The first few days I spent in Killarney. After that I headed off for Dingle Peninsula.

The weather was surprisingly good. Only the first two days were merely rainy, but then the sun came out. Wind was strong with about 6 to 10 Bft.

But the strong wind provided a great surf along the coast. Together with the unique irish light came a gorgeous atmosphere, which casted a spell over me. In addition, the clear moonlight at night gave me a chance to play a bit with long exposures and nocturnes.
